Morakot Jutawantana (Max), Founder | Managing Diector 

Morakot (Max) holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bangkok University and a Master of Management and Organization Development from Assumption University. His professional journey began in the aviation industry, where he gained invaluable experience working as airlines staff member with esteemed airlines such as Korean Air, United Airlines, and British Airways.

Seeking to broaden his horizons, Max spent a decade in London, UK, where he immersed himself in the hotel business, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge. Upon returning to Thailand, he continued to build his impressive career as a financial manager at one of the leading hospitals in the country.

With a passion for real estate and a vision for excellence, Max founded Wealth Property Thailand. Now in its sixth year, the company continues to thrive under his leadership, offering unparalleled service and expertise in the property market.

Thanapatana LImsouklam (Ooh), Property Consultant

With a robust academic background and a diverse professional journey, Thanapatana Limsouklam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Wealth Property Thailand. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in International Marketing from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Digital Marketing from Stamford International University, Thanapatana's educational foundation is both solid and expansive.

Thanapatana's career trajectory is equally impressive, starting as a flight attendant with Thai Airways International and Lufthansa, then transitioning to an advertising coordinator role at Bangkok Airways. Further honing their skills, Thanapatana served as Assistant Purchasing Manager at Zen Department Store and as Commercial and Customer Service Manager at Gaysorn Property. Their expertise in sales and marketing was further solidified with positions such as Sales Manager for Thailand at Malaysia Airlines, Marketing and Pricing Manager for Kenya Airways Far East, and Sales Manager at Etihad Airways. Alongside these roles, Thanapatana also contributes to the academic community as a part-time lecturer at Stamford International University.
